1. Light weight
Reduction of building weight with reduced load and saving of construction expenses
2. Slim structure

Slim noise reduction structure resulting in reduced story height and construction expenses (Reduction of bottom structure thickness by 36%)
3. Noise reduction system between stories

The noise reduction and shock-absorption supports may be inserted in the support holes that are structure-mechanically arranged on the insulator and sound-absorption layer with no use of support-anchoring device and high grade vibration resistant and shock-absorbable effect may be obtained with cost saving and price competitiveness.
4. Prevention of compressed deformation of insulation and sound-absorbing layer
Compressed deformation is prevented and the durability is improved by the support-protective tubes that are uniformly inserted between insulator (EPS) and sound-absorber (PU).
5. Bottom radiant cooling/heating system

This system adopts complex structure rather than forced air circulation method and cools the rooms by 4~5กษ using heat media; it is possible to cool the rooms with reduced energy consumption and prevention of duplicated construction work and the energy is saved with efficient use of ground heat as the source for cooling and heating.
6. Panel connection/installation method and flatness

The panels may be conveniently and perfectly connected with prevention of the frictional sound among boards by inserting each one halves of the steel connection units into the both panels for close adhesion; the flatness of panels is firmly maintained and the labor cost is saved.
7. Multi-functional complex heat-storage panel

Heat storage (MgO) is adhered with the upper and lower surfaces of the heat-transmission steel plate for strengthening the complex heat-storage panels and preventing possible bending.

8. The pipe-insertion groove is lowered up to 8mm so that the thickness of finishing material may be adjusted to

meet the finishing material of the upper part of radiation pipe in order to improve the thermal equilibrium
function.
  - Type A: This is used for the high heat-resistance finishing material such as wood floor and marble.
- Type B: This is used for low heat-resistance finishing material such as Monolium, Deco Tile, and floor sheet.

Radiant heating systems

1. Bottom layer (slab) that is the ground of the system
2. Insulation layer and sound-absorbing layer to prevent downward heat loss
3. Noise-reduction and shock-absorbing support inserted in the holes on the insulation layer and sound-absorbing layer
4. Heat-storage layer to emit the heat to maintain the fresh temperature for a long time by increasing the upward heat capacity through the heat emission by the radiation pipe inserted into the pipe grooves
5. Heat-emission steel sheet for rapid and uniform transmission of heat emitted from the radiation pipe to the heat-storage board adhered on the upper and lower surfaces
6. The heat-transmission steel sheet having pipe grooves prevent bending and enforced support steel maintains the flatness.
7. Radiation pipe equivalent to heat source
