XL heating pipe has good insulation and installation property and is used as heat-transmission warm-water radiation pipe; it is used in heating due to its advantages such as energy saving, durability related with the lifecycle of buildings, and no contamination. |
|
1. |
As heat transmission water is used, coil cutting, which has been the weak point of previous electric floor heating, is supplemented, overheat loss is removed, and electronic wave is blocked. |
2. |
Burning or rupture of XL pipe caused by hot wire is prevented and heat is emitted at 80¡É (19w/m) of max. surface temperature.
When 2 constant-temperature wires are heated in the closed XL heating pipe by double-tracked method, nucleate boiling phenomenon is induced and preheating load is reduced by instantaneous temperature rise and increased thermal storage effect; about 60% of energy saving is accomplished as the optimum temperature for heating is maintained and inefficient heat control caused by overheating is removed. |

The heating technology using 2 phases media consisted of warm water and vapor (liquid and gas) is a new technology that has not been applied in floor heating.
When the excessive temperature (difference between saturation temperature and exceeded temperature) of the water reaches about 10¡É in the closed XL heating pipe, nucleate boiling phenomenon is generated and vapor bubbles moves upward to be gathered at the upper part of the radiation pipe. When the inside pressure of the radiation pipe is maintained at negative pressure lower than the pressure of the air at normal temperature, such nucleate boiling phenomenon is generated at low temperature to lower the boiling point of the water and, as a result, the preheating time of the floor is significantly shortened and the efficiency of latent heat may be improved.
In case of the enclosure-type warm-water pipe with inserted electric heating wire uses plural number of electric heating wires of which the watt density (50%, 108w/§³) is lower than that of other heating wires; the wires are inserted into the warm-water pipe with water equivalent to 80% and the both ends of the pipe is closed; when the air in remaining 20% of volume is removed, negative pressure (weak vacuum) condition is made. When the water is heated using the electric heating wires, the pressure of warm water and vapor is generated in a short time resulting in increased heat capacity and heat emission.
And then, the heat capacity is increased by pressure expansion with no circulation of warm water and the heat emission is increased by at least 30%.
This is a low-cost, high efficient, and high power saving enclosure-type warm-water heat-emitting pipe system with inserted electric heating-wires to be used in stead of both bottom bottom-hearing boiler and radiator.
This technology was developed as a new floor-heating technology by combining the technology, which has been developed through innovational improvement of the technology of compressed electric rice cooker etc, with engineering mechanisms.
Another kind of excellence of this technology is that low-temperature floor heating is possible using the temperature and the latent heat of vapor.
It is possible to perform low-temperature heating by maintaining the temperature at 20¡É that is the optimum temperature for stimulation of the growth of plant roots in the glass or vinyl greenhouses.
¡Ø When XL heating pipe is filled in with water (heat transmission water), heated water is used and close the pipe to make negative pressure at normal temperature..

This floor heating system shows the highest thermal efficiency when it is used in high-grade hotels, motels, multipurpose officetel, condominiums, dormitories, training centers, military/police quarters, silver towns, churches, and temples and the installation is convenient. |
Specific Features |
1. The surface temperature of electric heating wires does not exceed 80¡É and the lifetime of the electric heating wires may be extended up to 30 years.
2. This is a convenient and safe heating system for centralized automatic control with no risk of a fire.
3. The complete waterproof type may be operated in the water.
4. This is a simple heating system with no trouble because it has no mechanical part.
5. Heating is possible using one half of electric power compared with heating sheet, heating cable, and sheath heater. |
