As the problem of fire and burning caused by overheating became a serious social issue, a perfect and safe enclosure-type warm- water pipe containing electric heating wire in it was developed through the R&D to which huge amount of investments were made and was patented in 8 countries.
This product has electric heating wires equipped with a resistance to maintain the surface temperature at constant level ¡Â80¡É; as the inside of the pipe is kept in weak vacuum status, when the surrounding temperature of electric heating wires is higher than the surface temperature of the electric heating wires, heat capacity is increased according to the thermodynamic mechanism resulting in saving of power by 50% compared with other heat generation methods.
As the electric waves mutually offset each other because two electric heating wires are used to reduce the risk of electronic waves; the heat emission is increased and the temperature is controlled at ¡Â80¡É by the electric heating wires inserted into the PEX (XL) pipe which is filled with water (about 80%); local overheating is automatically prevented and the system if free of trouble because it has no mechanical part.
 
 
1) Heating method using heat-transmission XL pipe and the apparatus (patented new technology)
- The heating wire should be designed to have 80¡É in maximum in order to use the XL pipe as the heat-transmitting pipe and heat-transmission wires are arranged as duplicated tracks.
- After initial heating, Line 1 is automatically disconnected.
- Initial boiling phenomenon is led at low pressure.
- The deterioration of the property of the material caused by high-temperature heat transmission wire is prevented.
- Nucleate boiling phenomenon is induced and preheating load is reduced by instantaneous temperature rise and increased heat storage effect.

5. Heating wire should be designed to have ¡Â80¡É of surface temperature.
 
 
Previous heating wire is designed to use one heating wire and the heat generation of major heating is 190W/§³.
At this time, the temperature of the heating wire is 140¡É or higher but the property of warm-water pipe is deteriorated starting at 90¡É.
Automatic temperature controller can control overheating but cannot control the high temperature of heating wire.
 
2) The method to insert heating wires into XL heating pipe and the apparatus - patented new technology
- Heating wire may easily be inserted into the XL pipe opening the inspection hole only for repair or new installation in spite of frequent 360¢ª revolutions without moving the furniture.
 
3) Patented apparatus that water may be added to be used as heat medium closing the both ends of XL heating pipe
- Heat transmission wire is extended to outside to be connected with power cable without leak.
- The nut and plug is tightened using a silicon stopper; the silicon stopper is compressed and leak is prevented.
- When inserting the heat transmission wire or adding water, the disassembly and assembly is easy.
 
Electric floor heating panel adopts the method to send the heat for heating which is generated by electrical resistance; this method has eth problem of requirement for a safety device against overheating of heat generator, the possible accident caused by any trouble such as electric leakage, requirement for strict security device against harmful waves such as the electric wave.
A sheath heater requires 190W/§³ for heating the floor but Chunyul system requires only 40W/§³ for floor heating.
 
 
When 19W÷Ï5% of 220V power is used to heat 0.16§¤ of water equivalent to 1-meter volume in the XL pipe, that is, when main heating wire (19W/m), which should have 80¡É of maximum surface temperature, and supplementary heating wire (11W/m) are heated, the temperature of the water in the pipe is elevated to 70¡É and the surface temperature of XL pipe is elevated to 60¡É; at this status, the thermostat disconnects the power to the supplementary heating wire (11W/m). The temperature of heated warm water is maintained at constant temperature by the main heating wire (40wh/§³) and temperature controller in order to heat the floor at lost and high efficiency. Freeze rupture preventive, no-noise, and no-contamination pure heating
 
 
When the cooling power consumption of the guest room is 800W, heating power consumption of 4pyeong is 800W; the cooling power in the summer may be changed to heating power in winter and almost no basic cost or extension cost is required.
 
 
The directions of the current of the two heat transmission wires are arranged in contrary each other and the contrary phase of electronic waves offset each other. (EMF-2009-114)
 
 
The temperatures of the rooms may be controlled on the operation panel in the guide room without a boiler room in order to maintain the indoor temperature at constant level.
No maintenance expense or management expense is required because the system has no mechanical part and, in case of trouble with the controller, the operator may promptly replace the controller with a spare controller.
