CYES Floor Cooling/Heating System is a product that can be assembled according to the Dry Panel Part Arrangement Drawing with no cutting work at the field and may easily be installed by connecting the pipe along the pipeline grooves with connection of central linear panels and curved side panels having pipeline grooves by the method to arrange the XL pipe in zigzag shape.
As the heating panels may be connected and fastened at the same height using the steel connection units and the work is easy and as the panels may be arranged maintaining the flatness within 0.3mm with no rise of the boundary parts of the panels according to the arrangement plan at the field with no limitation in the area, anyone may easily and simply assemble the panels. As the next step work is done after the previous-step work, the work may simply be performed with no duplication of work or correction work in the consistent sequence, the efficiency of the heating panel construction work is improved and the heating system construction work may very efficiently and rapidly be performed. |

1. Remove foreign substances from the construction bottom and spread the heat reflective insulator (silver foil mat).
2. Check the position of distributor and attach the side shock-absorber on the 4 wall faces.
3. According to the order indicated on the installation drawing, arrange and install the wires and ventilation duct panels on the two walls among the 4 walls.
4. On the remaining sides, arrange CY panels having grooves and #1 linear panel according to the arrangement plan.
5. According to the order on the installation drawing, each one half of heat-transmission steel sheets in the space between #2 linear panel and #1 linear panel with the intervals shown on the drawing in order to connect the panels and adhere them closely.
6. Arrange PEX pipe along the linear panels and the grooves of CY panels and connect the pipe with the valve socket of distributor to finish the assembly work.
7. When the panel installation and pipe arrangement is completed, the surface finishing material such as marble or wood floor may be installed using small quantity of natural adhesive because the flatness is good; this system has the advantage of good economical efficiency because the construction and heating is possible in a day. |
